I want to cancel the policy from Max new York Life? Customer care doesn’t give me info proprly. Can someone tell me the exact procedure?

    IF YOU CAN SUBMIT THE POLICY DOCUMENT WITHIN 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE SAME ALONG WITH A APPLICATION STATING THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE POLICY. IF THE 15 DAYS OF FREELOOK ARE OVER…THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE A SOLID REASON TO GET THE POLICY CANCELLED.

    Only the owner can cancel the policy. If you are the policy owner, ask them to send you the cancellation forms. They mail them to you, you fill them out, keep a copy, and mail them back.
